We constructed and offered this lure specifically as a fishing show special and had it available at local fishing club gatherings. It was more popular than we thought so now it is readily available on our website. The "Witchy Flyer" consists of an octopus skirt over an extra thin and roughly tied trolling witch, with a 1/2 oz. head. It is a streamlined bait that can be ran by itself or rigged with a ballyhoo or strip bait. We like to run it rigged with a ballyhoo. It comes rigged on 80lb mono with a 7/0 mustad hook, chafe protection, and a bait spring. This small streamlined bait swims, darts, and skips like a fleeing baitfish.
