Our medium bird rig is a daisy chain that consists of a Mold Craft standard bird, 2 - 6" octopus skirts, a Mold Craft Hooker, and an 8/0 Mustad 74731DT hook rigged with 12' of 200lb monofilament leader. Includes chafe protection and a bait spring for easy rigging. This is an upsize from our original bird offering a larger profile when targeting larger species such as yellowfin tuna and billfish. Like our original, it is overly simple yet highly productive.
